A “new” report from the Pentagon and U.S. Geological Survey stating they have found over one trillion dollars worth of minerals beneath the mountains in Afghanistan. With no Afghan mining companies able to reap the benefits of its own land and the country needs financial stability, mining contracts are inevitable.
